The ideal figure should have:
- Previous experience in 4/5 star hotels or in places with high service standards
- Mixology skills
- Ability to organize and manage the bar, back and floor
- Good knowledge of English and German
- Strong aptitude for hospitality
- Problem Solving
- Ability to work in a team
