DV Hotels Group srl is looking for people to join the KITCHEN team at the SPORT HOTEL TERESA in Alta Badia:

• Head Chef

The identified resource, coordinating the work of the team, will take care of the preparation of the dish and will ensure that the packaging, presentation of the food and cleaning are always impeccable and are carried out according to the company standards and in compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in the tourism-hotel sector
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in similar category establishments or high quality restaurants.
• We are looking for a precise, tidy, flexible person, attentive to quality and details.
• Excellent manual skills, initiative, creativity, sense of taste and aesthetics and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, product preparation and hygiene and health regulations are a fundamental requirement.
