The DV Hotels group is looking for, for the kitchen team of the CONTINENTAL hotel located in Senigallia:
- Head Chef
- The identified resource, coordinating the work of the team, will take care of the preparation of the dish and will ensure that the packaging, presentation of the food and cleaning are always impeccable and are carried out according to the company standards and in compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in the tourism-hotel sector
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or 2 years in a chef position in similar category establishments or high quality restaurants.
- We are looking for a precise, tidy, flexible person, attentive to quality and details.
- Excellent manual skills, initiative, creativity, sense of taste and aesthetics and ability to work in a team.
- A good command of the English language, knowledge of culinary techniques, product preparation and hygiene and health regulations are essential requirements.
- Basic knowledge of German is also preferable
