• Kitchen Commis

The resources identified, coordinating the work of the team, will take care of the preparation of the dish and will ensure that the packaging, presentation of the foods and cleaning are always impeccable and carried out according to company standards and in compliance with health and hygiene standards. safety.

Requirements:

• Diploma in the tourism-hotel sector
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in structures of the same category or high quality standard restaurants.
• We are looking for precise, orderly, flexible people, attentive to quality and detail.
• Excellent dexterity, initiative, creativity, sense of taste and aesthetics and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, product preparation and sanitation standards are a fundamental requirement.
