For the SALA team of the SPORT HOTEL TERESA , we are looking for:
- a Head of the Hall/Maitre
Its Requirements :
- Has a hotel diploma or previous experience in the high-level catering sector
- Empathy, flexibility and problem solving skills are required
- Possesses good organizational skills and team spirit
- Good level of English
- Knowledge of the German language will be a preferential element during the selection process
Description of activities:
The manager will have to take care of the complete management of the room, the coordination of the room staff, the storage and purchasing activities of supplies and foodstuffs for the breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
