Night porter

The DV Hotels group is looking for figures to join the Front Office team for its facility in Senigallia (AN), the Hotel HR Resort, 4* - www.hrsenigallia.it :

• NIGHT PORTER

The identified resource will have to guarantee the correct functioning of the reception and safety protection activities at night, as well as the correct rest and tranquility of the guests, in compliance with the standards of the structure.

Specifically, his duties will be:

• Provide assistance requests from guests of the facility.
• Supervise the facility to ensure the safety of guests.
• Check that the structure is functioning correctly.
• Customer check-in and check-out operations.
• Management of customer cards and reservations with contacts, charges, requests.
• Concierge service.
• Check messages and emails for urgent requests.
• Switchboard.

Previous experience in the role is required.

Employment contract: Full time, Fixed term
Contract duration: from May to September
