Receptionist

For the FRONT OFFICE area team of VILLA LUISA RESORT on Lake Garda we are looking for, for the period from March to November:

• a RECEPTIONIST

Its requirements:

• Previous experience in the hotel reception sector of at least 1 year is appreciated
• Ability to work in a team and problem solve
• Excellent interpersonal skills, courtesy and discretion required
• Smile, courtesy, professionalism and affability are characteristics of the profile
• Knowledge of the German language is essential
• Knowledge of the English language will be a preferential element during the selection process
• Residence in the area

Description of activities:

• Management and registration of arrivals (check-in) and departures (check-out)
• Room reservation management
• Assistance to guests from arrival to departure
• Relationships with various figures operating in the structure
• Work shifts, full or part time contract
